How To Burn Stomach Fat Fast
If you’re looking to burn stomach fat
quickly, make sure you grab your Free Ebooks above ... they're both written by a guy who achieved an incredible
body fat percentage of just 3.7%, so you can be sure he knows what he's talking
about!
When you grab the free books, you'll also get
details of the exact fat loss program that I used myself to lose 20Ibs of body fat in just 8 weeks ... plus I'll
show you how to get your hands on the two books below that detail what you should and shouldn't be eating in
your daily diet ... they will really open your eyes!

Diet, nutrition and exercise are the
fundamental elements to focus on when burning stomach fat and losing weight.
If you’re like me, you’ve probably been
through phases of regular exercise and diet, followed by months of undoing all of the good work you’ve
done. In my case, in the past, it’s usually
been an injury or lack of motivation that has led me to give up the fitness regime.
So what are the answers?
Injuries are usually a result of
overtraining. This can be training too hard, too frequently or ramping up the training too quickly in
terms of intensity. Get the intensity and frequency right, and you should avoid injuries, I’ve learnt this
the hard way over the last few years.
In terms of getting results quickly, whilst
diet and exercise are essential components for fat loss, not all diets and exercises are created equally!
Eat the ‘right’ foods and do the ‘right’ exercises and you’ll see results quickly. Eat the wrong foods and
do all the wrong exercises and you’ll soon lose your motivation!
What continually surprises (annoys) me is the
number of personal trainers and gym instructors that give out the totally wrong advice. I’ve seen it at
all the fitness clubs I’ve been to! Members are given the same repetitive plans to stick to for
weeks, that are designed to deliver minimal results!
So what are the optimal actions you need to
burn your stomach fat quickly?
Fundamentally you should:
-
Eat a balance of natural foods, with a daily
calorie intake that is less than the number of calories you burn.
-
Focus your exercise on intensity rather than frequency
and time
You need to lose the hundreds of crunches and sit-ups, they won’t burn
your stomach fat.
-
Avoid repetition in your training
regimes
-
Target all over body work outs, not just your
abs
Primarily you need to realise that
...
"Burning stomach fat is more about
your diet than traditional ab exercises"
Control the foods you eat, and the amounts,
together with whole body work outs and you’ll see your stomach flatten quickly. Losing your belly fat will
naturally expose your six pack. Crunches and sit-ups simply don’t load the abdominal muscles highly enough
to define them or burn any fat.
Instead of doing hundreds of crunches, focus
on working your whole body to get the biggest possible metabolic response. Increasing your metabolic rate
will to really burn your stubborn stomach fat. Your workouts need to be high intensity, with short rest periods,
with focus on working the largest muscle groups of the body, rather than specific smaller muscles like the
biceps, triceps, or abs. Working the bigger muscles hard will boost your metabolic rate
significantly.
When it comes to frequency, you should not
perform muscle building exercises more than once or twice a week, particularly when using high intensity
exercises. Allow your muscles time to recover and grow before breaking them down again. Less
frequent weight training with higher intensity will burn more fat and grow your muscles much quicker than doing
lots of reps with lighter weights four times a week!
To burn stomach fat quickly, I highly
recommend you grab the FREE Ebooks below, and then take a look at the exact same program I followed to lose
20Ibs in just 4 weeks! I'll also show you some of the other programs I've tried and explain to you why
this particular program has worked better than any of the others ...
